Dirty Title Summer School:90 day challenge
Here's what's coming soon. The 90 day challenge... Theory is great but nothing replaces real world hands on experience. Because my time is limited, I will work only with a small hand picked group (you will have to apply) My research team will find leads for you to get started. Hey everybody, I'm in SoCal in the San Gabriel Valley area. I'm focusing on the tax defaulted properties in LA County with Notice of Power to Sell. 1. We spend a lot of time going through people who don't have enough motivating factors and the other end some people are so deep it doesnt look like we could help. 2. Aversion to doorknocking regularly/weekly. I feel this one action consistently makes this business much more of a reality, because theres going to be those people you cant reach via phone or mail and the in person is the best option. 3. Confidence closing due to lack of reps in the final stages.
