Hey folks, what's the prerequisite to get into the KEDB call?

I am on the $20/month plan on chatgpt. I use daily and it is lagging, slowing down, and I get pop up of unresponsive and then it fixes itself. I can't work on a tool that is slowing. Anybody here have options?
