Hi everyone:) I’m Erin from Canada. I’m 43 years old. I’ve worked as a law enforcement officer for 21 years. I have always been committed to fitness and health. I’ve trained BJJ for the past 8 years and competed in boxing in my 20’s. I believe that years of shift work, stress, and just grinding it out have affected my hormonal health. I’m on some hormones and feel better, although I have to work a lot harder these days to stay fit. I am hoping to connect with women who are also working towards staying healthy and fit as we age (gracefully). Let’s motivate and help each other! I found Luis on IG and I’m grateful he started this community for us to connect.
