I have been trying alone to lose weight for the past three years and haven’t had success with it lasting. Once I joined Core Club, I have been able to stick to my goals.  Within the community Danny and his coaches have provided loads of information that was very easy to understand and motivational to continue to hit my goals.  Then add in all the people I’ve meet with like minded goals within the community, I’ve been able to not all keep up with the challenge but do some side challenges too!
