How do You starting Your day?
I forgot the magic of the 5 AM alarm. The best time to start my day is every evening. The fewer obstacles I face in the morning, the higher the probability I will hit my goal. As a runner I don't search for socks. Lay out my entire kit, watch, and shoes right next to my bed. When I open my eyes, my subconscious sees the plan. No friction, no hesitation. As a lifter my gym bag, shaker, and lock keys wait by the door. Just grab and go. Awareness > Excuses My morning brain is lazy and seeks the path of least resistance. If it sees the ready shoes, the task is simple (put them on). If it has to search, think, and decide, friction occurs, and you automatically lose. So my evening routine is a non-negotiable commitment to my less-motivated future self. I don't put off life until tomorrow. I'll make a small 5-minute investment tonight. ❓ Question for You: What is ONE thing you will prepare tonight to make your morning an automatic success machine? Drop your answer below! 👇

@Krystian Janicki I start mine at 4am for prayer and then jump into religious studies for a bit until I either get tired and lie down for a bit or keep working in the evening i just try to avoid screens but fail badly most days haha
What's your go-to way to deal with trolls & negative comments?
Anytime I run ads that push the envelope a little...stop the scroll...and agitate a problem of one of my 11 personas (in a good way), there is always someone that's got to push it too far. Feedback is feedback, but hurtful, troll'y type comments is no fun to deal with. Drop your ideas and best practices in the comments 👇 so we can have no reason not to post our organic and/or paid posts.
