Woo hoo!
PASSED!!!
Woo hoo! After several months of studying and a few courses, I passed my PMP today!!! So excited! My tip -- watch your time. The 240 mins is for the entire test. I thought there would be a time limit on each section of 80 mins (for a total of 240 min). There isn't. I got a bit panicky in the second section when I realized that and discovered I was running behind. I did finish section 2 with 85 mins left so I was able to get back on track. Just keep that in mind. 240 mins for the whole test (minus the 10 min breaks). Keep track of time for each section.

@Jessica Thomas I hear you. Congratulations!
Welcome. I'm amazed.
Hi all. I just wanted to say how amazing it's been to see this community grow so quickly. It's only been a few days, but I already see many students helping and encouraging each other, which is exactly what this place was designed for, and it's extremely heartening to see. This is meant to be a student-led space for collaboration. A centralized location for sharing PM knowledge and experience. And as we grow, I hope this will only become a better and better resource for you all. However, there will come a time when I cannot personally answer all your questions here. I will continue to do my best, but please understand if I don't get to your post. The truth is, this is not meant to be a space for me to teach PMP. I already do that on many platforms. This space is for you; the students, to collaborate in a way that wasn't possible before. If you want direct access to me, feel free to join me live on youtube every tuesday at 7PM EST.

@Suhas Pai oh geesh! I really hope I can pass this exam!

@Suhas Pai B probably falls into "assessment". I remember Andrew talking about always assessing first. Perhaps that is why B is the answer.
Cost Variance Question
@Andrew Ramdayal I think this answer is wrong or the question is worded poorly. AC isn't a formula, its a number.

Thank you.
Cost Baseline and Budget question
Can someone please confirm this for me. The cost baseline includes contingency reserves. The budget includes cost baseline + management reserves. That means that the budget has both the contingency and management reserves, right, since contingency reserves is already part of the cost baseline.
