Bio: Mum of 3 beautiful children! 7 yo son, 5 yo daughter and a 11 moths old baby. I’m a full time mum/housewife. I’m very passionate about health.

Bio: I have taught yoga since 2016 and began teaching fitness classes in 1979. I'm excited for this journey and support from my fellow carnivores.
