What is love?
I have spent hours having a conversation about the definitions of love. They are endless and change from person to person. From one life experience to another. I arrived at this conclusion. In order to bring love into existence in my life I must fully define how I want to love someone and how I want to be loved in return. The liberation in anxiety and fear knowing my heart, knowing my true self. I challenge you to define what love is for you. In all great of detail as possible. How do you want to love? How do you want to be loved? How do you want to express and be seen? Every little detail you can think of. Write it in a journal or in your phone. If you feel like sharing here feel free.

How about finding the love and then building it deeper and better and carry that into your relationship every single day. Finding the next quality the next thing about your partner that you love more and more and more. Get to know them on a very deep and intimate level
Stay positive

OM May all be happy May everyone be in good health. May all be well and no one be in pain. ॐ Peace, Peace, Peace. The same to you.
What are your barriers?
Here, Rumi suggests that the true task is to identify and acknowledge the barriers or obstacles that prevent love from flowing freely in your life. These barriers could be internal, such as fear, past experiences, limiting beliefs, or external, such as societal norms or expectations…

@V. El before today it was the fear of having it being rejected for loving somebody or being hurt because I love somebody. After today though it was no longer all true cuz in order to bring love into existence in my life, have to make love a thing inside of me first

@Susan-Marie B fear of the past and what others have done. Everyone here can identify with that. Knowing that those things are not your responsibility to carry, the responsibility is solely on those who have done that.
Is healing an endless journey?
Recently I spoke with a friend and she was talking about how we are programmed throughout this life to be caught in endless cycles.. not really going anywhere our souls want to go. From the personal perspective I see that we are each ‘healing’ and letting go of attachments to older versions of ourselves, in an effort get out of these cycles. But this idea that we are healing wounds seems to suggest that there was ever something wrong or inadequate about us to begin with, which if you ask me IS the old earth programming. Heading is a verb, like change. So if you think you have to do it then maybe you’ll be doing it forever. But if there’s no more “have to do it” then what’s left? … other than this perfect moment with this perfect you! Also, a lot of times when we speak of healing we are talking about shifting around psychological belief structures. Certainly that can be useful, but… the soul doesn’t need no psychology, bc it’s not an idea. (Though shifting those belief structures may be a part of your path) But you You know what I’m sayin? Maybe a reframe would help. Instead of “healing” perhaps we are… relaxing into who we are without external input. Perhaps we are dropping the old paradigm that says “I am not enough… yet” Let me assure you, if you were not enough you would not exist. The fact that you exist means you’re a necessary part of this ecosystem, even when you think you’re not. ❤️ Food for thought! 💝 🙏 @Carrie Coffelt

@Woodley Brown There really isn't a right or wrong because everybody is different. Everybody 's wants and needs and desires for the life are different and the way that I define love is going to be different than the way that you define it or other topics in your life. So really it comes down to what you want to have in your life. Ignoring a thought and bringing something into existence is not the same thing. If the thought's there and you choose to ignore it, you're basically just ignoring something that you have within you and that's going to cause you to relive it and continue to do that same cycle over and over again. I would honestly say don't ignore the thought, go into it, figure it out if it fits and you want to keep it, keep it. If not, get rid of it. Do something different

@Woodley Brown I no longer see the world through judgement, or judging people. Others will believe and see that which is inside them.
