with the august cohort halfway through progress, @Eric Santos & i were thinking maybe some of us could link up to celebrate being halfway done. also open to other cohorts to join, but maybe max 8 people would be good if we can book 2 courts side-by-side to do some friendly rallies / games / rotations—and film all of it! ◡̈ if interested, please like or comment preferred days or times. ill reply here with options when im able to book potential courts for next week (thinking closer to end of week / weekend). would be honored if the play challenge mastermind @Bryan Chung could join as well ~

Hey everyone! I’m Mike and I split my time between Roseville and Fremont. I coach and play tennis. I use a Yonex Ezone 98 with Hyper-G Soft. Looking forward to connecting with more cool tennis people!

I live in Elk Grove. If ever you’re in the neighborhood and you want to hit, let me know.

Hi everyone! Tennis/noodle soup enthusiast and weekend warrior here. I've been demoing the Defyer 100 with shaped poly in the mains and a round poly in the crosses at 50/48 lbs. Happy to be adding more exercise to the daily life with this challenge. Hope to see you all out on court sometime!

Did you have a chance to compare the 100 to the 98? Just wondering. I’m currently trying out a 98. Thanks.
Tennis Elbow
Does anyone know how much compression sleeves or KT tape help tennis elbow? Or other things that help?

The compression sleeve didn’t work too well for me because it compressed the entire arm rather than the point of pain. I found a tennis elbow band (with a bump) helped me much more. Also a lot of massages.
Timing Drills
Hi all! New to both this community and tennis (about 5 hours in on learning). I think the number one thing I would like to focus on next time I practice is timing on hitting the ball/footwork. Any tips or drills? Thanks!

Let your feet get you to your spot to hit the ball. Don’t reach for the ball. I need to drill this myself. Keep at it. It’s a fun sport.
