Communicating Purchase Price With Local Park Owners
Is it normal for a park owner down the road from your park to ask how much I bought my park for? This person is a part of the Mobile home park mastermind Facebook group. Just curious, I may be overthinking this one.

@Tiernan LaueGreat suggestion to pay after the work is completed. I used to flip mobile homes, and that was a lesson I learned the hard way. Only paying 50% once the project is midway completed, and the rest after completion is a great suggestion. Thanks!

Abandoned Homes Need Titles
Good afternoon guys, We are in the process of closing on a park in Kansas, and there are about four abandoned homes that we need to obtain titles for. Does anyone know what the standard process is for handling this? Thanks for your help!

Infill Question
Hey guys, I have a question about filling vacant lots in a mobile home park. I currently have 20 empty lots. What is the most cost-effective way to fill these lots with new homes, and what could I expect to pay at the bare minimum to get those new homes into the park? Additionally, how many homes would be a reasonable expectation to bring into the park within one year?
