How to connect claude to shopify?
Is it currently possible to connect Claude Desktop directly to Shopify so that Claude can make changes to the store (for example creating pages, editing content, or updating theme files)? My goal is to use Claude Desktop as a kind of development assistant where I can prompt it to roll out new pages or content and have those changes pushed directly to Shopify without manually going into the Shopify admin each time. For example, I’d like to create pages or update sections from Claude and have them automatically published to Shopify via an integration or API. Is this possible yet, and if so what setup is required?

There's already a Shopify MCP server that connects directly to Claude Desktop. You configure it in claude_desktop_config.json with your Shopify Admin API credentials, and Claude can then read/write products, pages, metafields, theme files, etc. ( no middleware app needed). But if you Claude-code a wrapper to Shopify's API as @Ray Merlin suggested, you get better theme editing, probably less likely to need a human step to publish edits, and you could add version control
personal offline (e)books library automation
build a automation that stores over 1million of (e)books searchable and visually explorable inside app called obsidian by author, topic, language, ASIN, ISBN and other datapoints and gives me links where I can buy and or download such book. great way to pull in books into Obsidian for deeper reading and analysis and to expand ones knowledge into similar and or new areas of interest.

old email contact refresher automation
if you are like me your inbox is full of people with whom you lost contact and if done right those people can be followed up with to become your friends and or customers. i build an ai powered automation that will follow up with those old contacts with the power of LLM automation. script identifies emails based on the tag assigned to them, reads each email message to understand the context and the goal attached to each email tag and response to the email in that context. email is then automatically sent or left as draft for human to review. this is a great way for me to automate and follow up with people that i lost touch with. tech stack: openrouter, free llms models, thunderbird extension (coded with help of claude). cost?: 20-40 hours of my time.

I would have to leave as draft for human review, my inbox goes back soooo many years. One type of email has always floated around in my mind wondering "What can I do with this" ... it's the cold email I get where it was sent to 20 other people, not as bcc, but I see all 20 others. Not sure what I could do with that though. Then there's the single version of that, one person's email showing but I was blindly bcc'd onto it.
built a google flow & google whisk automation script
came across a lot of chrome extensions that charge you monthly fees to automate/batch feed prompts into google flow and google whisk so i decided to create my own script that will pull all the prompts and inputs from a csv file on my computer and have the script interact with google flow and google whisk when i need a large library of graphics for whatever project and or reason. this script saves me at least 50$ a month (100$+ if I used other AI based services) but more importantly at least 8 hours per week in graphic design and rendering.

Google folded Whisk's capabilities directly into Flow as part of a unified creative workspace, did that make it easier for your tool or harder now?
