Some of your biggest breakthroughs will not come from a solicitation you find on SAM.gov or your state and local procurement portals. They will come from the person sitting right next to you in this room. Primes need subs. Subs need primes. Teaming partners need each other's NAICS codes, certifications, and capacity to win bids none of you could win solo. That only happens if we know what each other brings to the table. Here is the ask. Your name, location, and the 2 to 3 contract lanes you are actively pursuing Your UEI and CAGE code Your capability statement attached!! Then look at what your fellow mentees post. If you see a lane that complements yours, comment or DM them. That is how teaming agreements start. That is how subcontracts get built. That is how this cohort becomes a network instead of a class.
