@Alex Orton Hi Dr. Alex, Thank you for the feedback! That's a great question. The answer is yes, absolutely. There are many dedicated RF meters on the market which can measure RF in any space. You can also use a combination meter like the Tri-Field or Cemprotek 34 and they will measure magnetic, electric and RF radiation. I will be adding both of these to my site (tahoenatural.com) in the next few days. I already sell the Stetzer Meter and Stetzer Filters to help with dirty electricity, which is a major problem. Still, as you rightly pointed out, most dwellings these days are going to present issues with too much RF radiation if you are in an urban or suburban environment or anywhere near cell towers. Each form of EMF radiation; dirty electricity, magnetic and electric fields and RF come with risks but it is only RF that often can't be mitigated easily because it is coming in from outside sources and not always from inside the home. That's where protection, especially as we sleep, is useful. So, to answer your question, step one is always to measure your living and sleeping spaces to see whether they exceed international Building Biology guidelines. I recommend buying a combination meter and a Stetzer meter to measure EMF and dirty electricity. Then you can mitigate each with common sense steps and products. I will be offering consulting services through Tahoe Natural if people would like help with this. It may seem overwhelming but in fact, most of the time, people can change their living spaces to support their electromagnetic health with a few simple steps!
