I have a teammate who is comfortable doing her job and going home. She is not one to take the initiative and learn more about the job to get better. She is great at the daily tasks and overall does a great job! What is one way to motivate her to strive for her own personal growth?

Give me something inspiring!! I am a competitive bowler, few leagues, regular tournaments. I have a tournament all weekend so we shall see how that goes.
