Hey everyone! I'm Eoghan - I coach mostly gen-pop clients in Small Group Personal Training in the UK having previously worked as a 1-1 PT back in Ireland! I also do a small bit of online coaching a mixture of physique development, building confidence, and performance for sports and endurance events. I have a big focus on strength, performance, longevity and enjoying training helping people build consistent habits and routines as well as over come injuries niggles and any other limitations! My goal here and for as long as I PT and coach is to keep learning and developing my skillset, help more people overcome pain and injuries, get moving better, get training harder and achieve there goals. No goal to niche down to any particular demographic just helping normal guys and girls achieve their physique or performance goals! Since moving into Small Group training I've found theres less time to analyse movements and troubleshoot injuries, so making better decisions and interventions faster is key to keep the group moving while I change or modify movements for another person to fix whatever injury or movement issues they may have - hence why I've joined this group and excited to learn from everyone here!
