When you're first starting out, how much inventory do you recommend ordering from Olympia? I don't want to over-order and risk products expiring, but I also want enough stock to meet demand. 2. Where do you have Olympia ship your products? Do you have them delivered to your home, an office, or another location? 3. How do you handle inventory with your nurses? Do they pick up patient-specific IV kits from a central location before appointments, or do they each keep their own inventory? 4. If a nurse gets additional same-day bookings after they've already left for appointments, how do you handle that? Do they return for more supplies, keep backup inventory in their vehicle, or use another system?
