This might sound silly, but wanted to double check… I’m southpaw. Is everything essentially the same but mirrored, with opposite hand and footwork?

Learning the punches and focusing on getting the basics right. Previously, I felt overwhelmed trying to learn too much at once and realised I wasn’t fully understanding the foundations. This time, I’m slowing things down, taking advice on board, and concentrating on clean technique before progressing.
