Earning that candy!

Here to atone for my sins🙈. I haven’t been on these streets in a while, when I got back home I just lost rhythm and I think I had quietly accepted that that was it until yesterday when my 5yr old son confronted my complacency hence this run.

Today was great but I forgot to warmup and I paid for that rookie mistake later in the ran😂😂😂🙈🙈
