THE FORGE
Dear Brothers, how many have watched The Forge? 🔥 What did you think of it? What were your biggest takeaways or lessons? "Watch The Forge clip/video" https://youtu.be/iAt_j6zEeF0?is=ysEWEqTSFZ85cRVO
Brother's keeper
I came across the video in the link below and it challenged me. It challenged me on how I define help for others or when we say we are extending a helping hand. https://youtube.com/shorts/1ALte5IuCBg?is=DbYB1xcOiC2t5bEZ

Very profound @Thomas D thanks for sharing.
My 6 Main Targets From The Comeback Lessons
Brothers, I’m sharing these as my practical course of action and for accountability. I don’t want the lessons to remain theory—I want to live them out. 1. I will develop and communicate a clear vision for my family. 2. I will take responsibility, learn from setbacks and make necessary changes. 3. I will build resilience through discipline and consistent action. 4. I will remain teachable, seek feedback and keep evolving. 5. I will stay informed and intentionally use the people and resources around me. 6. I will stay grounded in God and intentionally seek to be a solution carrier. The goal is not just to learn differently, but to live differently.

The Comeback — Lesson 6: Key Nuggets
Become a better version of yourself. Don’t just go through adversity—grow through it. Adversity introduces you to yourself. It reveals your character, strengths, weaknesses, and areas for growth. Let challenges equip you. Experience, knowledge, wisdom, and resilience prepare you to handle future battles better. Face challenges head-on. Jesus said, “Take heart! I have overcome the world.” — John 16:33. A new level requires new insight. Keep learning, developing new skills, and adding value to yourself. Embrace uncomfortable environments. Get into rooms where others know more and have greater experience. Be willing to become a learner again. Research what you don’t understand and stretch beyond your current knowledge. You must evolve. Growth requires leaving your comfort zone and increasing your capacity. We are called to be solution carriers. Allow God to mould, sharpen, and prepare you to solve problems in your generation. Your development is connected to your purpose. Become the vessel capable of carrying the solutions God has entrusted to you. The comeback is not simply returning—it is returning wiser, stronger, better equipped, and ready for the next level.

Appreciation and Honour
Today, I would like to honour Dr Jaimie Garande in public. First and foremost, thank you for creating the Limitless Men platform a space where men can share ideas, build one another, learn and grow. After listening to the Mentorship Course yesterday , I felt inspired to share my own experience and highlight the importance of networking, genuine mentorship, and giving honour where it is due. As the saying goes, “No man is an island.” I first met Dr Jaimie when my wife and I were starting our care agency business. I shared our vision with him, and his simple words were: “Go for it, Carlton, you can do it.” He gave me his number and encouraged me to reach out whenever I needed advice. Months later, I reached out to update him on our successful CQC registration and the challenges we were facing in finding private clients. At a certain Men’s Retreat in August 2025, I mentioned that we were still struggling. Once again, he said, “Carlton, let’s schedule a meeting and touch base.” That phone call became a turning point for us. My wife sat beside me with her notebook, writing down the wisdom, knowledge and practical advice Dr Jaimie shared with us. We went away, put his advice into action, kept pushing, and about eight months later, in April 2026, we secured our first two clients. 🙏🏾 Dr Jaimie, thank you for believing in us, challenging us and sharing your knowledge so generously. That conversation genuinely changed the way we approach our business. Today, we are looking ahead, working towards government tenders and expanding into children’s services. As you told us, “That’s where the money is!” 😂 I am grateful for the connection, the mentorship and the encouragement. I look forward to learning from you and the many great minds on the Limitless Men platform. Thank you, Dr Jaimie. 🙏🏾 #LimitlessMen #WeAreNotMereMen

Well done, @Carlton Charles , Powerful testimony, and I agree—honour must be given where it is due. Having mentorship and a platform like Limitless Men is a real privilege. Some of us entered the health and social care space without that support and learned through costly mistakes and, ultimately, sustained the grace of God. As my brother @Ogochukwu Ugwu says, “We don’t smell of the fire we’ve been through,” though the scars remain. I’ve already benefited from this platform. The podcast shared by @Jaimie Oliver Garande , featuring John Hope Bryant and Strive Masiyiwa, influenced me to reconsider my current Executive MBA and explore switching to an MBA focused on AI. Today, I received confirmation that I can make that switch. Gentlemen, Limitless Men is timely. I believe we are in the right space, at the right time, with the right people. May God grant us wisdom, Godspeed and acceleration as we build, scale and strengthen one another. 🙏🏾
