Quick thought today… My kids were visiting recently and they love the cold coffees so I bought creamer . It made me realize how easy it is for liquid calories to sneak in without us noticing. If you’re eating pretty healthy but the scale isn’t moving, it might be worth doing a quick drink audit. A few common ones: ☕ Coffee creamer (2 tbsp) → 70–100 calories 🍷 Glass of wine → 120–130 calories 🧃 Juice (8 oz) → 110–120 calories 🥤 Smoothies → often 250–400+ calories None of these are “bad”… they just add up fast and don’t always fill us up. Sometimes a few small adjustments here can make a big difference. Curious… 👉 What’s your biggest liquid calorie weakness? Mine used to be wine 😅 Drop yours below 👇
