I’m so pumped to announce that the Wednesday Lunch Hour Revive & Glow-to-Bed Instagram Lives are making a comeback! Right HERE in the GEGC! “Cool! …What is that?” Every Wednesday I’ll go live on here for 30 minutes, with 2 short routines: one that will promote relaxation and release for optimal sleep; and one that will help provide an energy boost to get through the rest of the day! “Why the two 2 routines?!” Because you’ll want to have both, trust me! “Do I have to show up live?” Not at all! Live practice with me is always beneficial, join for the whole thing or part of it. But I will be posting the replays in the Classroom too! 😉 “I’m in! When?” The First one is next Wednesday, October 1st, 2pmEST(New York). Always check the Calender section too for upcoming calls!

👋 Okay, I’ll go first… I’m Emma — founder of Golden Era Living and the Golden Era Glow Club. I live in a tiny 400sf cottage in the Midwest with my dog (it’s basically my cozy little she-shed.) 😂💕 I got into face yoga because honestly, I hated how I felt looking in the mirror, after years of a draining job & relationship topped off with spinal injuries from a car accident in 2024. It started with wanting more symmetry to my face & not wanting to go under the scalpel to get it. But it’s turned into so much more — like lifting my energy, self-confidence and standards too. Currently: 📚Women Who Run With the Wolves (because sometimes you just need that reminder), and Quicksilver (because fantasy smut) 📺 Gilmore Girls rewatch like the basic little Fall lover I am. 😅 🎶 𝐐𝐕𝐄𝐄𝐍 Herby forever. Go-to self-care ritual: Coffee outside with my dog, no matter the weather while doing the Total Facelift, Cheeks up and Balloon face exercises! Okay, your turn ⬇️ Can’t wait to meet you all.
