Community Update - New Beginnings!
Hello friends! I've been away for a bit, cleaning things up and making major changes to the group, including a new group name. My goal is to create a very valuable space for you here, where we work together to build our businesses through working on our leadership skills. The ultimate goal: For us to use those skills to create stronger teams and systems, and to build a business that serves you. I've had a big change in my day-to-day, too. I am now able to dedicate much more time to this community, so if you wander over to the calendar, you'll see I've scheduled many opportunities for us to learn together or simply jump on and get into deep work. Check out the About page for more details. A lot has been cleaned out of this group, and there's a lot to build. I am so happy you're here, at the beginning, to be a part of its growth. So it might look a little bare now, but soon the proverbial cupboards will be full again. And, if you're here from Hyperdrive, welcome! I've made a brand new intro post where you can say hello and introduce yourself to get the ball rolling. Even if you've been here since the beginning, feel free to re-introduce yourself if you wish. Help Me Prioritize the Topic for Tuesday's Leadership Systems Lab
Hi everyone, I'll be working on getting the call ready for next Tuesday's Leadership Systems Lab, and I want to see what would be most valuable. I've reviewed all the new members' answers to current leadership and business challenges and put the list together below. Vote for your favourite, or drop a comment with something you'd like to see. This is a big list with really great topics, and we'll touch on them all over the next few calls.
