Hi Everyone, Our first Q&A call for Mushroom 101 is this Thursday at 6pm est. The link is in the calendar tab for premium members and you will also receive an email about it a day in advance. I have added an extra Q&A call on Thursdays so there will be Q&A every week except for the week a new module is published. I have decided to offer a free BONUS call to all women in the community, regardless of subscription status. I envision this as a space to gather with other beautiful souls to talk about things spiritual, psychedelic, and magical. It can also be a space to ask questions about Mushroom 101 if you cannot make the live calls on Thursdays. This call is the first Sunday of the month at 12pm est, the link for the zoom call is in the calendar tab. The first women's call will be THIS Sunday, 3/1/26. I have also published the first three weeks of my course, Mindful Microdosing which can be accessed through the premium membership. That is a good amount to get you started if you are ready to dive in, the rest will be published soon. As mentioned in the introduction, this course was filmed last year and I have learned a lot since then so I plan to change the design and content a bit before it goes live again in the late summer/fall. I have also updated my computer and mic to ensure that the quality is better moving forward. I am so grateful to everyone present here and it means the world to me to be able to share this knowledge with you all.

I just remembered that my air fryer can become a pressure cooker (you swap out the tops and it's like it becomes a whole new machine). Is a pressure canner the same thing as a pressure cooker? (I can share a pic if that's helpful!) @Amanda Leigh
