Unfortunately I wasn’t crunchy until after starting solids with my first born & now I have myself a picky 3 year old with eczema & sensitivities to egg. Does anyone know of someone Brisbane or Ipswich way that would be able to help with gut health or eating advice🥲 managed to get bone broth drinks in her but I feel like the histamine makes her eczema worse. Thanks!

@Elle P thank you for sharing! She had horrendous eczema from 3months from what we suspected was dairy from my breastmilk. When she was 2.5 yrs ish I wanted to change her from porridge in the morning to scrambled eggs. She never ate straight eggs before this because she didn’t like them but always ate eggs baked in things. She had an egg 3 mornings in a row & bam 4th day she started vomiting & was ill, got stool/urine testing to rule out illness but I suspected the egg. So completely stopped egg & she got better after a few days so Dr said most likely egg sensitivity. She now reacts to egg in muffins if she has too many. Like her tolerance ‘cup’ gets filled way quicker than it used to. Just been trying to help heal her gut but she’s very picky so makes it so tricky

I’m a stay at home mum with 2 daughters, a 3 year old & a 6 month old. Homeschooling but not sure what approach I want to take yet so hoping to get some ideas & insight from other mums. I’m currently interested in herbalism & looking into what we did way back when for health & wellness. Interested in the basics of what we used to do at the moment. I do have the tendency to jump to different interests so excited to see what other people are looking into! Also, love a conspiracy & having a random deep dive ☺️

@Chantel Keogh love a good conspiracy haha sometimes I feel really awake 👀 & other times I think I must be crazy 😂 I’ve dipped into homeopathy & have a ‘first aid kit’ for some common things. How far into your studies are you?
