@Jarrod Harris I’m not completely sure how the certificate is issued, but I’d check the course page first to see if there’s a certificate or completion option. If you don’t see one, you could ask the course admin or instructor directly.

Hi Crystal, Just wondering you had said at the very end of the 2 day addiction summit that out certificates would get sent out in 2 to 4 weeks. Should i still be sitting back? Thanks as always for your help.:)

Hopefully your certificate will arrive soon! 😊 Since the 2–4 week timeframe has passed, it might be worth following up with Crystal or the support team to check on the status.

Ethics and Law Class
I paid for an ethics and law class and for whatever reason I don't have access to taking the course. I paid through PayPal and it sent me a notification saying that I was accepted to the group but when I go on this particular class it says that I need to pay another $42. Does anyone have any help on this? Thank you

That sounds like a payment or access issue. 😕 I’d check your PayPal receipt first, then contact the course support team and provide the payment confirmation. They should be able to verify your purchase and give you access without requiring you to pay again.

Continuing Education
I bought a bundle last week of continuing education and now that I'm logged in it is requesting I pay more for the classes I chose. Is anyone else having this issue and how do I resolve?
