Curious about what US founders are building right now
I’m based in Tokyo and spend most of my time around software, AI, and business. Always interesting seeing what gets built in the US. Different speed, different market, sometimes a totally different way of doing things. For people here running a company in the US, what are you working on these days? Could be SaaS, AI, e-commerce, local business, anything really.

that contrast between the fast-paced, scale-at-all-costs US startup scene and the more methodical, execution-focused markets across Asia is always fascinating to look at. building out lightweight workflow automation and data-scraping pipelines for small businesses and e-commerce brands keeps things busy on this end. the focus is mostly on cutting out manual operational friction so local operators can actually scale without drowning in admin work. are you mostly looking to spot broader software and AI trends happening stateside to potentially adapt for the market over in Tokyo, or just keeping tabs on the ecosystem?
A small-business owner can already hire a freelancer, use Canva, use AI, ask a staff member to post, or do nothing.
The lazy don’t know how to start. The losers don’t know how to finish. The legends don’t know how to stop.

@Oliver Hayes Lately I’ve been experimenting with n8n workflows around lead research, data collection, and repetitive tasks. I’m also trying to figure out how to connect different AI tools together so the workflow can handle more of the process automatically. Still testing different ideas, but that’s what I’ve been focused on lately.

@Oliver Hayes Yeah, I’ve built a few basic workflows so far. One area I could see being useful for a real business is lead research, where n8n can collect and organize information and then use AI to help qualify the leads. I’m still testing it, but I can definitely see how it could save a lot of manual work.
Why spending hours troubleshooting tech glitches and broken affiliate links kills your momentum: How I finally organized my tracking and tools
Trying to build an affiliate marketing income stream, test digital offers, and manage sales funnels by wrestling with broken tech integrations, confusing tracking links, and scattered error logs is an absolute nightmare. When you're trying to promote offers and drive conversions, letting your technical setup get buried across a chaotic maze of open browser tabs, random notes apps, and broken backend dashboards makes troubleshooting take up all your productive hours. Getting serious about scaling your affiliate earnings means ditching the tech frustration and locking down a clean, systematic workflow for your setup. Here is what my daily tech stack looks like now: - Notion & Spreadsheet Tech Trackers: Where all my affiliate link mappings, funnel blueprints, and troubleshooting checklists live neatly organized so I can test and fix system errors without losing momentum. You can also use canva.com to design clean promotional banners, social media creatives, and marketing funnels effortlessly. - The Affiliate Ops Pipeline: A dedicated space for mapping out promotional campaigns, tracking lead traffic, and organizing digital resource links without the usual tech friction. Check out tools like bit.ly or dedicated redirect managers to keep your tracking links clean and fully functional across all platforms. - Floment AI: Whenever I need to troubleshoot a broken workflow automation or structure a technical support ticket—ready-to-use step-by-step diagnostic guide for fixing tracking parameters and webhook errors in affiliate funnels—I drop my rough ideas into floment.ai and instantly get 3 targeted variation options and technical execution guides in 2s flat. What tech hurdles, tracking tools, or funnel setups are you all troubleshooting inside the network right now? Let's share solutions and help each other out in the comments below!

@Lee-ann Langhtrey You’re very welcome! 😊 That’s great to hear. Having mentors and support along the way can make such a big difference. Wishing you all continued growth and success! 🪴💯
I think one of the easiest ways to overcomplicate affiliate marketing is trying to promote 10 different offers while also keeping track of content, links, and follow-ups from your phone 😅
I’ve found it much easier to give each tool one job: chatgpt.com → brainstorm content angles around the actual problem an offer solves instead of constantly posting “buy this” content canva.com → turn those ideas into simple posts and short-form content without needing a complicated setup floment.ai → keep the different offers, content ideas, and daily tasks organized so I know what I'm actually promoting and what needs attention next The main thing I’m trying to avoid is posting an affiliate link and hoping for the best. Having a basic workflow of offer → problem → content → conversation → link feels a lot more natural, especially when you’re promoting multiple offers. For those doing affiliate marketing mainly from your phone, what part of the process takes up most of your time?

I’ve been using Floment.ai too, and I like how it helps keep my offers, content ideas, and daily tasks organized so I don’t lose track of what I need to work on next. 😄
