Hi everyone, This morning I woke up, opened Claude, and when I went to run the Daily Health Review, it asked me for several data points that are already available through the Garmin integration - specifically HRV, resting heart rate, sleep duration and quality, and training readiness. Since the Garmin integration was added after the Health Review skill was developed, the 7-Day Challenge program doesn’t pull that data automatically. So I simply entered this prompt into Claude Code: “Include a call to the Garmin integration within the Health Review skill. If that information hasn’t synced from my device to Garmin yet, then ask me for those data points or suggest that I sync first and run the skill again.” Done. Now I only need to answer how I’m feeling in terms of mood, subjective energy levels, and stress, plus report the status of any soreness or issue I may have been carrying over from previous days. I’m sharing this here because I think it’s a useful way to simplify the process as much as possible, and something others can easily implement as well.
