I'd love to hear more about midterm rental strategies for city POCs! Your recommendation of FurnishedFinder helped me do my first POC, but I wonder if there are more options than Airbnb and FF, and would love to know great strategies for finding good, affordable monthly rentals -- especially as a tenant who's clean and conscientious with excellent credit!
