Is Epithalon known to lower deep sleep? I’ve never struggled with my Deep Sleep. I’ve only ever struggled with my REM. Ran a 10 week cycle of cjc/ipa and my REM was completely fixed and deep sleep was still perfect. I started Epithalon 4 days ago in hopes to start going to sleep earlier. My usual sleep time is 2-3 am and wake up 10-11am. Really aiming for 9-10pm and 6-7am wake up time. Today I woke up at 8am but had awful sleep. Since starting Epithalon I’ve noticed my deep sleep has significant dropped. Has this happened to anyone? Is it just my body getting used to the hours? For reference I’m also taking the following: 360-480mg magnesium glycinate 100mg l-theanine Chamomile and dandelion root tea Blue light blocking glasses And for peps 0.5 mg kpv daily 198mg glutathione 3x/wk 1.8mg reta 1x/wk And just added epithalon which I titrate up day 1- 1mg, day 2&3- 2.015 mg and day 4 (last night) 3.025mg. Supposed to build up to the 5mg daily by day 7, but at this rate concerned 😂 Any tips, advice or best practices for epithalon that worked for yall?
