šŸ’” Quick lesson: What peer support ACTUALLY looks like šŸ‘‡ A lot of people think peer support is justā€¦ā€œliking postsā€ or saying ā€œyou got thisā€ It’s not that. Real peer support looks like: - Sharing what actually worked for you - Asking good questions to help someone think - Being honest about your own struggles - Offering perspective, not just motivation - - Here’s the truth: The fastest way to grow in this community is NOT just consuming… It’s participating. Because: Someone else’s experience can shortcut your learning Your experience could be exactly what someone else needs Let’s practice: Read this and respond: If someone says:ā€œI feel stuck and don’t know what to do nextā€¦ā€ What would you say to them? Don’t overthink it — just respond as you would in real life Reminder: You don’t have to be an expert to help someone You just need to be one step ahead or willing to show up

Outdoor Peer Support
I showed up to run the support group today, even though no one ended up coming. Honestly, I expected that at the start — building something like this takes time. But I’m still committed to creating a space where people can talk, listen, or just not feel alone for a bit. If this is something you’ve been thinking about but felt unsure to join, that’s completely okay. You don’t have to be ready right away. I’ll keep showing up and running these, both online and in person. If you’re ever curious, you’re always welcome — even if it’s just to sit in quietly. Next session details will be in the calendar šŸ’›
