DistroKid Album Release
Hi everyone! Has anyone else been experiencing repeated copyright flags with DistroKid when distributing Suno-generated music? I'm currently trying to release an album, and it's becoming an absolute nightmare. DistroKid keeps rejecting the album, flagging a different track each time for supposedly matching another artist's work. What's particularly frustrating is that tracks which passed previous submissions are suddenly being flagged on subsequent uploads. I've even remastered the tracks and resubmitted, only to receive another rejection identifying yet another song. The latest rejection names a specific artist and track, despite my song having passed two previous submissions. DistroKid is asking me to reply with evidence, but I haven't even received the actual email, and the only option in my account is to cancel the release. I'm now stuck in a cycle of re-uploading, remastering and getting rejected, with no clear way to resolve everything at once. Every submission mentions a different song, never the same one. Has anyone experienced something similar? Were you able to resolve it with DistroKid, or have you found another distributor that's more reliable for AI-generated music? I'd really appreciate hearing about your experiences and what actually worked for you! Thank you in advance!
Distrokid Customer Service
Hi all, just curious once you manage to submit a ticket through a person after the bot connect you to him/her, how long do you have to wait for a response? Would you chase them at some point?

DistroKid Support
Hi All, Just wondering if anyone manages to get anything out of Distrokid support? Have two tickets and two emails at the moment and no responses whatsoever. Getting quite frustrating as paying for a service and there seems to be no-one who actually supports the customers. Quite poor experience with them. Any advice?

@Maísa Soares I managed to get to a person (I think) and they supposedly forwarded my question to a relevant department; only advice was wait for an email reply as the query has been forwarded
DistroKid reporting issues & support – anyone experienced this?
Hi everyone! 😊 I've recently started releasing music for a new artist through DistroKid and have run into a few frustrating issues. Apple Music stats: Apple Music for Artists shows 797 plays, 225 Shazams and 12 purchases over the past four weeks, while DistroKid's Daily Stats show just 7 streams and no sales. I understand royalties are delayed, but is such a huge discrepancy normal? Album rejections: My latest album was rejected because of one track. I deleted it and reuploaded without that song, only for a different track to be flagged as already distributed through another DistroKid account, which isn't the case. Support: I've tried the chatbot multiple times and emailed them, but haven't managed to get a response from an actual person. My album is scheduled for release this Friday, so it's getting frustrating! Has anyone experienced similar issues, found a reliable way to reach DistroKid support, or had better experiences with another distributor? Would really appreciate any advice! 🙏

A heartfelt thank you to Jesse / How his videos started my 5 AI Music Projects
Hi everyone, I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself to the community and share the deeper purpose behind my work. I am the independent creator behind five AI music projects: Walkingcrow One, Kintsugi Lungs, Dark Ambient Yuna, Komorebi Nomad, and Urushi Breath. Over the past few months, I have poured everything I have into this craft, releasing 2–3 albums a week and localizing every single release into English, Spanish, Korean, Japanese, and Chinese. To give you some context on why this journey means so much to me: I am autistic. I currently live in Germany on a small disability pension, and navigating life here has been a profound struggle. It often feels as though society holds very little space for those who perceive the world differently—those who simply wish to exist in quiet peace but instead find themselves misunderstood and targeted. Because of this isolation, my music has become my sanctuary and my truest voice. Every album is a deeply personal endeavor, a way to process the heavy weight of my reality and transform my inner struggles into something resonant. AI music has become more than just a creative outlet; it is a lifeline. It has given me a tremendous sense of hope that I might finally build a tangible path out of Germany and find an environment where my mind can truly breathe. I have been absorbing Jesse’s YouTube videos for seven months now, and his guidance is the exact reason I found the courage to embark on this path. I know that true growth requires immense patience, but for the first time in my life, I believe with absolute certainty that I am moving in the right direction. A heartfelt thank you to Jesse—if this craft eventually grants me the freedom to leave my current circumstances and discover lasting peace, my gratitude to you will be eternal. I am deeply excited to be part of this community, to keep putting in the reps, and to move forward alongside all of you! Really inspiring and relatable life story; I am stuck in the UK in a stressful horribly unfulfilling finance job and trying to actively find a way out - lol, both out of finance and the UK
