I am looking to hire a dev that is cheap and quick but also that has good quality. I made some guys on fiver do a test website based on a questionaire. Which one is better? I'm currently fulfilling the first wix site, that I sold yesterday for $200. While also trying to find my first hybrid team member. My upwork post got 50 submissions, I texted 10 of them, 6 of them were not so pleased by the pricing structure. I realized I also have to sell that right (a bit similar to a sales call with a client), I emphasised the benefits for them: - They don't have to stress about clients, I will be sending them over an influx of leads - They earn more every few sites - After 2 successful months they can get hired for $1.5k/m In the end 4 out of the 10 I texted agreed to the free test project. Tomorrow I will message some more. What did you get done today? What will you be working on tomorrow?

Decided to go to Hawaii on a whim… (for my bday) Woke up today to a random phone call it was a previous prospect that was ready to move forward with her website project. (+500) After picking up that call I was then contacted by another individual that needed her site done. (+500) I decided to walk the sands of Hawaii with my family to my surprise a third phone call 1/2 way through my walk… (+500) Keep in mind I haven’t answered any phone calls for my web agency in over a week. Today was the day where I realized the intrinsic value of law of attraction. Even if you feel you’re not making progress in the front end universally your seed is sown DEEP. The smallest changes we make cause a ripple effect beyond your belief that is mirrored back when your path is aligned. The moral of the story is push the needle forward by any means necessary and put faith into the micro actions you’re doing to result in growth. The funniest thing about today currently 8:55am is that none of those clients that rang my phone paid their invoice yet… So happens to be that the result of this ripple effect had a client that had a invoice open for one month decided to pay (+500) All the other invoices are pending but fundamentally my seeds are starting to sprout based off this new belief pattern.
