Picking a courier
I’ve sent a poster to someone in Canada and the courier was Uniuni. Tracking hasn’t updated and the customer has messaged me asking if something has gone wrong. Uniuni has terrible reviews, it’s 1* and has frequent lost / undelivered items. I don’t want to re send the poster, just for it to go via Uniuni again - is there a way I can request not to use them?

Switzerland order
Who should I put as the delivery company for a poster going to Switzerland? I also hadn’t anticipated the ROW shipping cost, so have made about 5p from this sale 😅

How many mock ups?
How many mock up photos are you using please? I started my shop on Saturday and have around 30 posters for sale, with 3 pictures per listing. No sales yet, but very early days.Thanks 😊
