Is an “Injectables Only Clinic” enough?
When I first started, I only offered injectables. In fact, I thought that was all I’d ever do. But over time, I noticed something important — my clients were going elsewhere for lasers, facials, microneedling, RF… and slowly, they’d start staying there. Not because the treatments were better, but because the clinic offered everything they needed under one roof. That’s when I realized: to truly grow, I had to become the one-stop shop. Not just a provider — but a destination. Now, times have changed. I’ve seen successful clinics built purely on injectables. I’ve seen others thrive on energy-based devices alone. But if your goal is to stop getting by and start building real financial freedom in aesthetics… Eventually, you’ve got to go all in. The vision gets bigger. So do you.
