How To Maximize the Client Journey!
Hey EPG fam, For this week's value drop, I'm breaking down something I've been refining for years..the exact client journey I've use to take a stranger from a cold ad all the way to a six-figure client. But instead of a post, I'll drop the full video walkthrough below. It'll take you through every step, the psychology behind it, and the systems we've built to make it run on autopilot. Here's the framework: Step 1 — Entry Cold traffic from paid ads, organic content, or referrals hits a landing page built to qualify intent in under 90 seconds. Step 2 — Nurture Email, SMS, and Skool DMs work together to position the offer before they ever get on a call. The goal here isn't to sell. It's to build trust and pre-frame. Step 3 — Application & Booking Qualified leads book a call through an application that filters out tire-kickers automatically. Sales team only sees real prospects. Step 4 — Sales Conversion The call delivers live value, the framework is shown, and Stripe collects the payment. The right ones close themselves once they see the path. Step 5 — Onboarding & Delivery Welcome sequence, login, kickoff call, first-week wins. Most companies leak money here. We've engineered it so they don't. Step 6 — Ascend Once they get a result, we move them up the ladder. Higher-tier offer, mastermind, 1:1, or partnership. Most of our six-figure clients started at $97 or even $997. The real lesson most people miss: the money isn't in acquiring the client. It's in the journey after they pay. Build the experience. Take care of your clients and the clients will take care of you! Enjoy Mother's Day Weekend! — Ali

🚨 118pts on NASDAQ W trade 🚨 Reading is fundamental ✅
Reading is fundamental, but what if you have no clue of what you’re reading? 🤨 Sooooo Nasdaq presented some choppy price action this morning. Within our trade models that we love to trade. We got a beautiful buy signal in confluence with overall price action. I know this is Chinese to some but stay with me, I’ll explain 😌😬… A trade model is equivalent to a play within a teams playbook, you understand the overall strategy, based on the flow of the game, a play develops that you’ve been practicing over and over and so, you run the play. Easy right? Well one of our trade setups developed but…. The play wasn’t successful, doesn’t mean we were completely wrong, maybe the market just wasn’t ready yet. That’s where risk management comes in. So an initial loss was taken (pic #1 & 2)..But because we have the skill to read the charts and we aren’t stuck to just one side of the market. After the loss was taken the markets then read something different. Same trade model within the playbook, but reversed (pic #3 & 4) This allowed us to confidently take the opposite side of the market. Some days these things will happen, and some days you have to just be ok with being wrong. 😑 But this is why reading the charts is key to success as a trader, also risk management. Without both, you end up married to a losing trade and there’s nothing worst than a married partner who is giving you a headache 🤕 and causing you financial distress. I think we all can agree 👍 So Nasdaq was a little emotional this morning. Nothing a little understanding couldn’t fix and because of which, No loss was taken and in fact, we walked away in profit, peaceful and back to being a happy family. 😬 I love you Nasdaq, you’re my baby on some days! 🤪 3 KEYS TO READING A CHART! 1. Understand Candlestick Anatomy (they tell the story of price) 2. Understand Market structure (they are the candles that creat the trends in which you are looking to take advantage of) 3. GET A MENTOR 🥶 (you can’t learn to read if a teacher hasn’t taught you)

Those 4 pillars are KEYYYYYY🔑
STOP BUILDING A BUSINESS. START BUILDING AN EMPIRE.
Most people are operating like freelancers and solopreneurs. They think: “How do I make more money this month?” Instead of: “How do I build something that runs, scales, and compounds without me?” But in 2026...we must think this way. This shift changes everything. This is how I build every online business using the Empire OS Framework. Copy it exactly! 1. TEAM — Design roles and deparments. Every business has 5 functions: traffic, conversion, sales, fulfillment, operations. Even if it’s just you for now... assign roles, then replace yourself one by one. If you don’t, you become the bottleneck. 2. TECHNOLOGY — Build your command center CRM, automations, pipeline, KPIs...all in one place. If you can’t see your numbers daily, you don’t control your business. Tracking = predictability. 3. OPERATIONS — Systemize everything Anything done twice becomes an SOP. Leads, calls, onboarding, content — all documented. Add KPIs + reporting → execution becomes consistent. 4. MARKETING — Build an inbound machine Content (authority + proof + POV) → distribution → funnel → follow-up. If your content doesn’t convert somewhere, it’s just attention without revenue. 5. SALES — Know your numbers. Leads → bookings → shows → closes → cash. Find the constraint and fix it. Sales is math...Know your numbers! Here’s the difference: A solopreneur asks: “What should I do today?” An empire builder asks: “What system do I install so this never depends on me again?” EPG fam! Start building your empire today!

BIG difference in building a business vs building an Empire. You don’t train the same for a sprint like you do for a marathon. Building with systems, sustainability & scalability is keyyyy🔑
Lessons From Building Sales Teams That Convert
Most business owners throw new reps on calls and hope they figure it out. Then wonder why their close rates are trash. Here's the 3-step model I use to train reps who actually close: 1. Done-For-You I close the deals while they shadow me. They watch every call. Listen to how I handle objections. See the full process from start to finish. During this phase: I provide scripts, training, call recordings. We review calls together. I explain why I said what I said. Answer their questions. Roleplay scenarios. They're not selling yet. They're learning. 2. Done-With-You Now they lead the calls while I shadow. I'm there to step in if needed. Let them get reps in with backup support. They're going to make mistakes. That's the point. Better to make them while I'm there to save the deal than when they're flying solo. Once they've converted 5 deals - especially a tough one - I know they're ready. 3. Do It Yourself Now they handle calls themselves. My job shifts to monitoring numbers, reviewing recordings, and ongoing training. They're fully autonomous but still getting coached. Most managers skip steps 1 and 2. They hand someone a script and push them into step 3. That's why most sales teams fail. You can't delegate what you haven't demonstrated. Build them up through the process. Don't throw them in the deep end and expect them to swim. That's how you build a team that actually converts. Who here runs a sales team?
