By far the best program I've ever tried! It's also perfectly adapted to women, even if you're starting from zero. I've been doing CrossFit for eight years, but I never managed to do 10 pull-ups. With this program, I'm now learning the muscle-up. I mean, strict muscle-up! It's way more difficult, but I feel like I'll get there faster than by working on kipping MU.
Malin and Daniel are always happy to help us, and they're doing a great job coaching this GREAT community. I can only recommend them!
