My best study tip that has helped me would definitely be creating flashcards After I had taken notes because notes helped me to understand and flashcards helped me memorise when it came closer to test times ✨ 📚

thought I’d post an ATAR update today to engage more within the community. Since I’ve bought all my books a while ago, I thought I’d do a bit of extra studying of Unit 1 till school begins. I’ve taken in many tips that have already been given into studying, and they have all worked out great. I’m currently diving into Physics and Methods to get a head start before school begins. I’d love to hear how others are preparing for ATAR. Any tips or resources you’d recommend?

Hello, my name is Iota, a year 12 student starting this school year! My ATAR goal is to get 80+ to get to my pre-med degree. These are the subjects I do: Chemistry, Methods, Biology, English, a cert and Psychology. (6 ATAR) *I didn't do my best in methods, english and chemistry during my year 11's. This made me need more 10% for each. (._.) I don't want to drop these subjects for I love to learn them that's why I want to do my all this year + learn all the effective study systems for my goals. (hope this community will be one to help) However, my challenge for me this year would be Time Management and Procrastinations (now that I have work and still struggle with time managing) My questions are: • Is year 12 really that hard? (My teacher always says to us that year 12 are the hardest year as a HS student) • What advise would you give to an upcoming year 12? • How can I be prepared for taking UCAT test this year & What activities I must do needed for future med application? (for those with med deg or will do med)

Yooo, Hey Guys. Turns out there’s an app for Skool on your phone which makes it a whole lot easier and faster to use! Otherwise I’m doing ATAR mainly focusing on Modern History, Human Bio, English, Accounting + Methods. In the short term - I’m locked into taking a gap year straight out of school. Long term - Looking at Business and/or education at Notre Dame. I know i’m gonna struggle in ATAR but I’m hoping this group will keep me motivated and encouraging and maintain that work/social/personal/family/school life balance.
