What is driving our actions...
Something hit me on our call this week that I haven't been able to stop thinking about. We talked about the paradigm — that bundle of beliefs and habits living in your subconscious mind — and how it's basically running the show behind the scenes. Here's the thing most people don't realize: You don't act based on what you *want*. You act based on what you *believe* is true about yourself and the world. That's the paradigm at work. It's the mental programming you picked up years ago — from your parents, your environment, experiences that left a mark — and it's been quietly shaping every decision, every habit, and every result in your life ever since. The frustrating part? You can set the goal. You can feel motivated. You can *know* what you need to do. But if your subconscious programming says "that's not for people like me" or "I always mess things up" or "success is hard and uncertain" — it will find a way to keep you right where you are. This is why willpower alone never works long-term. You're trying to override a deeply rooted operating system with conscious effort. It's exhausting, and eventually the subconscious always wins. The real work isn't about doing more. It's about becoming someone whose beliefs are *aligned* with the life they want to live. That shift — from fighting your programming to actually changing it — is where everything starts to move. We're going to keep going deeper on this, but I'd love to hear from you right now 👇 What's one belief you're starting to recognize might be holding you back? Drop it in the comments — no matter how big or small. Sometimes just naming it is the first step to changing it. And if you haven't yet, READ THIS BOOK!

One belief that’s holding me back is that I take care of me last. Focus has been on others and other things first, then me when I have the energy or time. I’m going 7 layers deep to uncover the why and make it my new affirmation. Because I am worthy, I am beautiful, I love myself (my mind, my body, my spirit) and I am a cycle breaker. ✨ Bob Proctor’s book is amazing. It’s on repeat for me on Audiobooks so that I can listen to it on every drive to my office. And I keep a physical copy by my bed as well. I can listen to it over and over and inevitably I hear something new every time.😅

@Matt Poechman 🙌 Bob will be on repeat then until I can read his book back to him by memory 😅
The truth we are never taught.
Nobody ever taught us this. Not in school. Not at home. Not in any business course or self-help book we picked up hoping this one would finally be the one that changed things. The truth is — the reason most of us stay stuck isn't because we're not working hard enough. It's not because we don't have the right strategy, the right connections, or the right opportunity. It's because of 'how' we think. Here's the framework that changes everything: 💭 Your THOUGHTS create your FEELINGS 🌊 Your FEELINGS drive your BEHAVIOURS ⚡ Your BEHAVIOURS produce your RESULTS Read that again. Every result in your life — in your business, your relationships, your bank account, your health — is the end of a chain that started with a thought. Not a circumstance. Not bad luck. Not someone else. A thought. This means you have more power than you've ever been told. Because if your thinking created the life you have now, your thinking can create something completely different. This week, I'm inviting you to do something most people never do — make a real commitment to yourself. Write a letter. Be honest about where you are and where you want to be. Name the thoughts that have been running your life without your permission. Then show up. To this community. To the weekly calls. To the work. Because transformation doesn't happen in isolation. It happens in repetition, with guidance, in community — and that's exactly what The Mind Method Collective is here for. Swipe through the images above and drop a 🔥 in the comments if this landed for you. ⬇️

✨ Weekly Check-In: Where Are You Right Now? ✨
Let’s take a moment to pause and get honest. Not about what you did this week…But about who you were being. Because that’s what actually drives everything. 💭 Ask yourself: • What version of me showed up this week? • Where did I play small, hesitate, or overthink? • Where did I act in alignment with the person I’m becoming?• What patterns or thoughts kept repeating? No judgment—just awareness. Awareness is always the first shift. Now let’s reset the direction: ✨ Who do I choose to be moving forward into this week? ✨ What would that version of me think, focus on, and prioritize? ✨ What is one aligned action I can take immediately? 👇 Drop your check-in below (as simple or detailed as you want): We’re here to witness, support, and grow together. Let’s keep raising the standard—individually and collectively. — Tamar & Matt 🤍

This weekend we celebrated my mother-in- law’s 70th birthday and I got to cook some of the family’s favorite dishes to bring to the event. This was the first time ever, that I was in “my desired self” in a moment that I could have easily fallen into my old self - old me would have stressed and freaked out over perfection and worried about being late and not ready on time. Instead, I cooked with all 4 burners going, in a truly relaxed and happy state. I was a sweaty mess at the end of preparing the buffet table, but I absolutely enjoyed and lived in the moment. ✨

Hello! I’m Elsa and I am just outside of Chicago in the northwestern suburbs of IL. I look forward to leveling up, becoming the shift my family needed and breaking inherited cycles. I was inspired to join after meeting Matt & Tamar through my husband, Gustavo. The work we’ve done has brought me back into focusing on my mindset and reminding me that I have a higher purpose. ✨
