Just take 5 mins in the sun to enjoy it, go into your heart, say what you want to let go of & what you want to attract... "what would it take for x to happen?" is a great question to ask. I’ve been saying grief is a constant emotion for years… a few people argue I’m wrong. But we have to always let go of the oat to make way for the future… which is loss = grief. Now, I just saw this little video… and wow this shows how the amplification of grief compounds! This is an example of fractal time… maybe I’ll write about it another day!? Anyway, we have small and big moments in our past which add up… Think about it - by the time you’re 40 there is probably no day in the year where something didn’t happen!
