What is something people recognise you for? (It could be physical, a skill, or your career). And did people stop recognising you once you stopped doing it, or changed it?

@Kelley Malloy A fantastic way to see it. Exactly! Who cares what anyone else thinks.
The Cost of Always Being the "Yes" Person.
For years, I was the one who said yes. Yes to helping. Yes to showing up. Yes to keeping things smooth for everyone else. And on the outside, it looked like I had it together. But internally? I was exhausted. Because every “yes” to everyone else was slowly becoming a “no” to myself. The shift didn’t happen overnight. But it started the moment I realized I was allowed to choose differently without guilt. 💬: Where in your life are you saying yes out of habit instead of alignment?

It's so good that you are aware of it and are changing it. It took me years to get out of that habit and I'm glad I did.

@Christa Lovas Fantastic question. I think I reached burnout when my body and mind shut down for me as I had no intention of slowing down for others, until I no longer could.
The Moment You Stop Negotiating With Yourself.
There’s a quiet moment that changes everything. It’s not loud. It’s not dramatic. It’s the moment you stop saying: “I’ll do it later.” “I’ll try tomorrow.” “I’ll see how I feel.” And instead you decide: “This is who I am now.” From that place, your actions shift. Your standards shift. Your energy shifts. Not because life got easier— but because you became clearer. And clarity creates movement. 💬: Where in your life do you feel ready to stop negotiating and finally choose yourself?

The life you say you want… and the life your calendar shows are different
People say they want freedom. More time. More presence. Less stress. But if I looked at your calendar right now… would I see that reflected? Or would I see: Back-to-back calls No space to think No time blocked for your health No boundaries around your work Your calendar doesn’t lie. It shows your real priorities. Not the ones you talk about. And this isn’t about judgment. It’s about awareness. Because until your time matches your values… you’ll keep feeling stuck in a life you’re trying to outwork. So the question is: 💬: What needs to come OFF your calendar for your life to finally feel like yours again?

For me, I would like to add more, like travel, social events, more fitness.

@Christa Lovas I think all of them as they are different but interconnected.
We often view obstacles as unfair detours.
We often view obstacles as unfair detours, believing that true happiness is waiting for us somewhere on a smooth, frictionless road. In Buddhist philosophy, the journey toward profound, lasting peace is never depicted as an easy stroll. There is a deep understanding that the challenges you encounter are not blocking your path—they are the path. Every heavy storm you have faced and every steep mountain you have climbed has functioned like a chisel, carefully chipping away your fears, your illusions, and your attachments. It is precisely through enduring these difficult elements that your mind expands, creating the necessary space to actually hold and sustain true, unshakeable joy. The agonizing steps you took in the dark were not a waste of time, and you have never been wandering in circles. You have been actively building the inner architecture required for your own liberation. Do not let a steep climb convince you that you have lost your way. Keep moving forward with absolute conviction, trusting that everything standing in your way is quietly shaping you for the happiness you are walking toward.
