Sharing a quote for these times
A quote from the ascended master Zac. Part of an interview with him about August. Maybe you find certain states of being such as a state of calm or even a state of grace, quite elusive to you. And yet you can create with the energies, not just from the portal. You have within yourself: all of the self-mastery, all of the ability, all of the frequency change to now be able to inhabit the new you, to bring forward, these ways of being, to manifest within yourself certain states of being to make your life more enjoyable. There is nothing wrong with saying, "I am living my life. I am part of other people's lives . . . I am moving through all the trials as well as the tribulations, and I am giving myself permission to choose the state of being that I work towards." I would add that embracing all feelings is one of the keys to choosing state of being.
When the World Feels Too Heavy
Hi Everyone 👋 We have done the deep inner work. We have sat with the fire, broken the vows, forgiven the unforgivable, and stepped into our sovereignty. But now we must address the relentless pressure of the world outside, the noise, the demands, the constant, unending pull on our energy. I have been where you are. I have felt the weight of the world pressing down on my shoulders, the exhaustion that seeps into your bones and makes even the simplest task feel monumental. I have sat with thousands of people who feel the same way, who wake up tired, who push through the day on fumes, who collapse at night with nothing left to give. And I want to tell you something that might sound strange... The exhaustion is not your enemy. It is your body's way of saying "Something needs to change." It is your soul's way of saying "I cannot keep living this way." It is the voice of your deepest self, crying out for rest, for space, for a different way of being in the world. But here is the problem.... Most of us don't listen. We push through. We medicate. We distract. We tell ourselves "I just need to get through this week" or "Once this project is done, I'll rest." And then the next week comes, and the next project, and the next demand, and we are still running on empty. The world has created a system that rewards burnout. It tells you that your worth is measured by your productivity, your output, your ability to keep producing regardless of the cost to your body, your mind, your soul. But that is a lie. In the Buddhist tradition, we speak of the Middle Way....the path between indulgence and deprivation. It is not the path of excess, and it is not the path of denial. It is the path of balance. Of sustainable effort. Of knowing when to push and when to rest, when to act and when to be still, when to give and when to receive. The Daoist sages teach us to flow like water, not to fight against the current, but to move with it. To find the path of least resistance. To conserve our energy for what truly matters, and to let go of what does not.

I love this! I'm guessing you designed it. In any event, it makes no difference, I'm eager to not pen and paper right now. The questions you ask! You cover the bases. You've also inspired a post for me to share about another facet of the larger topic. (I'll put it on my page.)
Introduction
With Metta, I am Sujata Awade from India. I choose to walk the path of peace, meditation, love, kindness, and reflection. I believe that when we pause and truly reflect on our life, we begin to see it from a different perspective. I firmly believe in the Buddha’s teaching of the law of impermanence—that everything changes, and nothing remains the same forever. Understanding impermanence has helped me look at life with greater awareness, acceptance, and gratitude. I practice Anapana, Vipassana and Metta meditation, which have become an important part of my journey of self-reflection and inner understanding. As a part of this journey, I started my channel, Ancient Wisdom Stories4U, where I share ancient wisdom, meaningful stories, and reflections that may inspire us to look within, understand life more deeply, and walk gently on the path of peace and kindness. These are simply my reflections from my journey. I hope they bring a little peace, wisdom, or a moment of reflection to someone who comes across them. 🔗 Ancient Wisdom Stories4U:

I have done Vipasana. Thank you for reminding me of this wonderful breath, Sujata.
Do you believe the Cosmos is friendly?
Our relationship with the Cosmos/One Heart matures over time when we give it attention. Befriending the Whole can be a first step on the journey. (Don't friendships begin with attention and spending time together?) Albert Einstein may have had it right when he was the most important question is "Do you believe the universe is friendly?" I'd be interested to know if in your heart of heart you just know the cosmos is benevolent or biased in our favor.
Being present for one another
Robin and Fred were both guests one day on Johnny Carson. Robin began by improvising a comedy riff. After 5 or 6 minutes, he picked up on the theme of childhood loneliness (something he had lived through), and he lost all his momentum and stopped. A few moments of silence after six minutes of velocity. He brought his hands to his face and walked to the edge of the stage. Fred immediately got up and joined him, gently held Robin's hand, offered presence. (Childhood loneliness had also been a part of his life.) A minute later they returned to their seats. Robin spoke briefly about the experience. Fred may have joined in a bit. And in future years occasionally shared about that moment. Always as a new, novel experience for him in some ways. Fred had reassured him that he didn't have to perform, didn't have to do anything, could simply allow the remnants of his childhood to be. Many phone calls came in to Johnny's show over the next 24 hours, sometimes people saying they were in tears as they watched. Would you like to contemplate this for a minute or two? To find inspiration to give yourself more space for your feelings and experience. To find inspiration to be present for those when they need it. Maybe to reflect on people who have been like Fred Rogers for you.
