Bayleaf Consulting started as a project management consulting firm. I knew I wanted something botanical but couldn't decide. I got hella stoned one night and it came to me: - there is no dish that has a bay leaf at the core - you can make things without a bay leaf if you add a bay leaf it will make it all better no matter what - the "better"-ness cannot be directly attributed to anything (not like cinnamon or pepper) - you take them out after a certain time - they are sad when cooked alone - And there you have it!
