The 13 nights is a ancient practice woven into many traditions around the world. After the Winter Solstice, where the sun “stands still” for 3 days and nights, the sun returns. On the day of the 24th of December, this begins the first night. I am changing the weekly call to the next two Tuesday evening for the rest of the year. This is an opportunity to be in the threshold of the liminal space, of the gap between the previous year and the next. We effort less and commune more. Can you worry less about staying tidy, getting the laundry done, or being on social media. Stop placing your attention on the news of others, go within and be present with nature. On December 23rd, we will gather live on Zoom for a gathering to attune to this practice that will forecast your 2026 from your dreams and embody them in this liminal time of the dark where the seeds are starting their journey. 5:30-7ish (depending on how many people) On the following Tuesday, Jan 30th, we will check in with where we are at half way through, share, and embody the practice of JOY. I will guide us through internal somatic practices and give some suggestions for how to use the 13 holy nights practice in a practical way during this time.
