My aim with The Educator’s Ally is to offer practical support that makes things feel a little easier in your incredibly busy roles, to be a voice for those who may not always feel comfortable speaking out, and to provide mentoring and guidance across the early childhood sector. Creating environments where people feel seen and safe is really important to me. As a neurodivergent person, supporting neurodivergent educators is a big passion area, and over time I’ll be adding more resources designed to support educators who are neurodivergent, managing mental health challenges, living with disability, or balancing other life factors such as family obligations that may sometimes require extra understanding and flexibility.
