@Manon Fielding I could feel myself getting calmer as I did it. I even did this with my eyes closed when I was trying to go to sleep, and my mind was racing.
Menopause rage is real — and a surprising study about murder rates explains why. 😳
Ever feel menopause rage hit you like a wave — and then immediately think: “That wasn’t even me…” You’re not imagining it. And you’re definitely not “too emotional.” A 2001 study showed that countries eating more omega-3 rich fish had lower murder rates 🤯Because omega-3s support serotonin and emotional impulse control. And in menopause: Hormones shift → serotonin dips → emotional brakes weaken. That sudden flash of irritation or tears? That's chemistry — not a personal failing. The good news? We can support it. Nutrients like EPA-rich omega-3s, magnesium, nervous-system practices, and gentle hormone support help bring you back to yourself. Comment MOOD and I’ll send you my "Hormone Mood Balance" Cheat Sheet 💛 You’re not “losing control” — you're transitioning into your next-power phase. And support changes everything.

Oh I know this feeling. My family is wondering who I am some days. The rage comes on quick too for me. Love the tips during my coaching sessions on how to help manage it. Thank you!

I work with Japanese educators and asked them about this. They agreed and one shared this soup recipe and it looks great. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3mJBFP2VHzw
Breadmaking Therapy with a mix of Dietary Ideas from Dr. Fielding
Recently, I tried adding flaxseed and olive oil to my breadmaking therapy process. YUM!!!!! I used a basic 100g Sourdough Starter, 350g Warm Water, 500g Organic Bread Flour, and 12g Sea Salt. During stretch and folds, I added the flaxseed and some olive oil. Does anyone else bake bread on a regular basis? I am still a beginner at this. https://www.tiktok.com/@ej.firebug/video/7562148540970061086?is_from_webapp=1&sender_device=pc&web_id=7566315534355924510
