Question
I work with women who have anxiety and depression. Their body hasn't been a safe place to be and they may not be able to find a place in the body that feels supported or safe quite yet. Or they may not know what that even feels like in their bodies. What approach would you take with my clients to help them begin to know what feeling supported feels like. My clients say things like " I dont know" or "Im not sure" or even " I dont really understand what that means" Its funny how we are taught as massage therapist to look at the negative. Tell clients all about the "negative" in the body lol even clients go straight there to whats "wrong" most of my clients dont know how to answer a question with whats right, what's supported, whats safe.. bit they can tell me whats not Thats why I love this work! Hope this question make sense. I also sent you a message about the paid trainings!

My name is Ellen Cunningham and I am a 2005 Florida School of Massage grad. I’m needing to go back to the basics, slow down and get reinspired.
