The best time of day to exercise...
When is the best time of day to get exercise in? Well some science suggest first thing in the morning helps to jumpstart your metabolism and has more overall health benefits. However... the truth is, it is really whatever YOU WILL DO. I used to run a early morning bootcamp program at 5:30am and it was the biggest class of the day at my gym. No dentist appointments, or parties or kids activities get scheduled at that time and so nothing gets in the way. However, I find sometimes I LOVE just hitting the gym at the end of the day to get in some work. BUT... on a stressful day, I tend to want to skip it. SO the question becomes, when will YOU schedule it in and make it happen? That is the best time of day to exercise - when nothing else gets in the way. Morning is best for me for anything involving sweat. Evening is best for long walks - and for bringing my teen along for a casual relationship-building talk.

If and when you are ready to take your workout up a couple notches, I added the Phazes Fitness circuit here. It’s a program I created a few years ago and it’s helped a lot of people lose weight and get strong. If you have completed Ease into wellness or you are “past that”, then go for Phazes fitness. Or maybe blend it in here and there. It’s a fat burning and sculpting workout with a few fitness levels to choose from.

IDK when I'll be ready to transition to Phazes videos, but I'm glad to know the videos are here when I'm ready. You're so encouraging, Michelle! You have a gift, and I'm glad to see you use it and workout "with" you via video. Love you!

I have not had guests in my home in a few months, and I got my house cleaned this last week and hosted some ladies for dinner on Friday. Also week five yoga stretches popped four or five vertebrae in my middle back… I have not had good movement in my middle back in over a year, and it felt great.
