If and when you are ready to take your workout up a couple notches, I added the Phazes Fitness circuit here. It’s a program I created a few years ago and it’s helped a lot of people lose weight and get strong. If you have completed Ease into wellness or you are “past that”, then go for Phazes fitness. Or maybe blend it in here and there. It’s a fat burning and sculpting workout with a few fitness levels to choose from.

IDK when I'll be ready to transition to Phazes videos, but I'm glad to know the videos are here when I'm ready. You're so encouraging, Michelle! You have a gift, and I'm glad to see you use it and workout "with" you via video. Love you!

I have not had guests in my home in a few months, and I got my house cleaned this last week and hosted some ladies for dinner on Friday. Also week five yoga stretches popped four or five vertebrae in my middle back… I have not had good movement in my middle back in over a year, and it felt great.
