If and when you are ready to take your workout up a couple notches, I added the Phazes Fitness circuit here. It’s a program I created a few years ago and it’s helped a lot of people lose weight and get strong. If you have completed Ease into wellness or you are “past that”, then go for Phazes fitness. Or maybe blend it in here and there. It’s a fat burning and sculpting workout with a few fitness levels to choose from.
