I'm intrigued by the conversation around "Was Yeshua a vegetarian?", and can find solid reasoning on both sides of this question. I also find Steiner's research about the life of Jesus very intriguing. In "The Fifth Gospel", he says that Yeshua was deeply trained by the Essenes, but that he eventually withdrew -- seeking a path of integrating more deeply, and interfacing with unconscious forces that the Essenes chose to not interface with. That said, no matter what diet you are currently on, or what spiritual view you currently hold, Chris' research here is super-inspiring. Saw this at the grocery store this am & thought of you @Mandy Jacob I hope everyone is either still fasting well or integrating well. What a beautiful experience- I feel like I’m seeing the world in bright color like never quite before & for whatever reason being drawn to all sorts of orange healthy foods (carrots, sweet potatoes, oranges 🍊) which feels amusing 😆 Thanks again to @Josh del Sol & all those who contributed to this reset. It was exactly what I didn’t know I needed & at exactly the right time 🙏🏾

I feel like when we fast and intend / pray, we activate our deeper identity as a small expression of the Whole. Perhaps it’s that we can experience ourselves as the “free energy device” that we really are. The sun that loves unconditionally… it doesn’t withhold its love from anyone or anything. The pushback that we go through (eg. the evening of Day 2 for me) is the old clearing out and dissolving; it naturally wants to stay (an object in motion tends to stay in motion), and it’s natural that it can be intense at times. But we are supported within — with strength when we persevere & with grace when we need rest…. And without — by each other in our shared intention here. What do you guys feel about these ideas, and this short video? 🧡✨

Reflecting on how I ended up getting to experience this container with you all & @Josh del Sol & I figured out that it was from something he orchestrated previously, where someone I follow was a contributor. Through this process, this fast- were two themes for me ( & as it would seem others here as well) 1. Community 2. Inner connectedness. And with these, the places where the effects & blessings of coming together for a fast may have produced real results/shifts inside of ourselves, in our immediate environments or relationships & even collectively throughout this container. So here’s a short from Dr. Samuel Lee… the bridge of connection that brought me here.
