For years, I worked in high-level sales coordination roles for a large Swiss company; the higher I climbed professionally, the more my stress levels grew. And that’s when I realized something important: so many people are caught in spirals of anxiety without really understanding where it comes from. That moment changed everything. I decided to bring together all the tools I had learned over the years —including Reiki— but grounded in real life, without the mysticism.
