Effortless Voice Method — 4 Day Challenge 🎤
🎤 DAY 1 — The Real Reason You Strain Most singers think they strain because they “can’t hit the note”… but it’s actually because they’re overworking. Today you’re going to feel what happens when you remove that effort. 👉 Watch the video 👉 Try the exercise You should feel your voice ease up—even slightly. Comment “AWARE” once you’ve done it 👇

Ahhh! I hate recording myself so much.
This was a huge challenge for me. I always hate recording myself, especially with an iPhone. But here it is, a 30 second little snip of a song I’m working on. Don’t come at me for my French diction, lol.

@Alisa Fedele until school is out, I won’t be able to make the calls. But hopefully over the summer I will be there. Just trying to get through these last few weeks then I will really dive in here.

Alright ladies… little Premium announcement!🔥
I just recorded a quick video showing you what actually goes on inside Premium because a lot of you have been asking. And let me tell you… this is where the real vocal magic starts happening. Inside Premium we don’t just talk about singing — we train the voice together. We work through the Vocal Activate Method™, the full Learn How to Sing course, and we meet for live Vocal Sculpt sessions where we actually get in there and start unlocking your voice. This is where I really get to mentor you, coach you, and watch your voices open up week by week — and honestly those breakthrough moments are my favorite thing ever. Now here’s the little spicy update… Right now Premium is $33/month. Come join us. HERE But as the course keeps growing and more training is being added, the price will be go up :) Anyone who joins now gets to lock in the $33 price for life. So if you’ve been hanging around the community thinking: “Hmm… maybe I should actually start working on my voice properly…” This is your sign Come join us. HERE Let’s train that voice and see what it can really do. Watch the video below to take a peek inside. — Alisa 🎁

🖊 Journal Prompt of the Day 🖊
Hey loves, it’s time to grab your journal, a cozy spot, and just 10 minutes to sit with your voice and your thoughts 📑✨ Today, let’s get real. Answer these prompts honestly — no overthinking, no censoring: 1️⃣ When I sing, what is the first feeling that shows up in my body? (Tension, excitement, fear, joy?) 2️⃣ If no one could judge me, how would I really use my voice? 3️⃣ What is one belief I’ve been holding about my singing that isn’t helping me? 4️⃣ What small action could I take this week to move past that fear and explore my voice more freely? Write, reflect, and if you feel like sharing, drop one insight in the comments 👇 Even one honest sentence counts. Let’s give our voices the attention they deserve today 💛 – Alisa

Depends on where I’m singing. If it’s just singing along in the car then joy. When I’m singing for school there’s more of an element of stress around how will I sound today. But in the last week or so I’ve started to feel a little better about my ability to make Good sounds more intentionally and less crossing my fingers and hoping good sounds come out. How would I use voice if nobody could judge me? I honestly love performing. Until I joined choir last semester I had forgotten how much I enjoy just performing. So I would definitely.try to figure out how I would like to incorporate performing into my life more. A belief that’s holding me back is that I can’t hit high notes. The truth is I have some high notes (not soprano high but decently high) and believing I can’t hit them contributes to me tensing up and straining instead of going for them freely and confidently. Small action: just keep working on the voice exercises.

@Hannah Grainger what type of professional singing are you interested in?
Hi everyone
I’ve always lived music and singing. I have a good voice but horrible technique. At 43 years old I decided to go back to school and switched my major to music (voice performance). So now I’m trying to train away 43 years worth of bad habits. The biggest challenge has been switching from a more chest voice driven to head voice driven approach to singing. I’ve lost my ability to hit my high notes.

Owner of 4 dogs. Each has their own little issues that need work. The 4th is an 8 week old puppy whose owner I can tell is going to be a handful.
